Close app command on all platforms

Four months ago we released the Close app command on Android devices. As promised, we have just made this feature available for a bunch of other platforms: browsers, iOS, tvOS, LG webOS, PlayStation 4/5, Roku, Samsung Tizen, and Xbox.
